Yes, we offer dry cleaning services! Each dry cleaning item can be added to your order individually when placing it online. Just make sure your dry cleaning items are placed in a separate bag clearly marked ‘dry cleaning’ for pickup and we’ll handle the rest. If you have any special instructions, feel free to include them in the notes section before submitting your order.

For your first order, simply leave your laundry in disposable bags (garbage bags) for our drivers to pick up. Upon returning your clean laundry, we’ll provide you with a personalized reusable laundry bag. These bags can be used for future orders at your convenience.

Simply bag your delicate items separately from your regular laundry and be sure to select the extra delicate load option on the screen. We’ll handle your regular laundry separately from your delicates. Delicate items are treated with care, undergoing a cold delicate cycle and dried on low heat.

Additionally, all bras are automatically placed in a delicate bag and washed along with your regular laundry load at no additional cost. However, they won’t be washed separately unless you opt for the extra delicate cycle and bag them separately.

There is no need to be home for your scheduled pickup and delivery. In fact, most people prefer to just leave their clothes out for our drivers.

If you have any notes on where to collect your clothes (ex. back porch, by the garage door, at the concierge desk, etc) please include those in your order notes.

Hey, we get it! These things happen. We send email and text reminders to help make sure you don’t forget, but life can sometimes get in the way.

To cover the driver’s time, there’s a $10 missed pick-up fee if you happen to miss your scheduled pickup.

You can cancel your order up to one hour before your pickup time. However, once the driver is en route, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, log in to your account on the app or website, locate your order, and select the cancel option on the order confirmation page.

To purchase a gift card, you’ll need to start by creating an account with us. Once you’re logged in, head to the profile icon at the top right corner of the customer app or web app. From there, select Buy Gift Card. 

Next, you’ll be able to choose who the gift card is for, the amount, and how it will be sent (via SMS, Email, or both). Just provide us with the recipient’s email address or phone number, pick a delivery date, and feel free to include a special message.

Once everything looks good, simply hit Purchase Gift Card. We’ll process your payment and ensure that the gift card is sent to your chosen recipient on the date you’ve selected.
